Physician Senior Services is a team of qualified medical professionals providing primary care to limited mobility and home-bound residents. Our team specializes in home visits within assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Our goal is to provide a continuation of the patient-physician relationship, often lost when a patient transitions to higher level care.
Physician Senior Services was founded in March 2010 under the premise of improving access to medical care for elderly and disabled patients in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
